Many organizations have business operations continuity plans to survive a pandemic, natural disaster or maybe an act of war,,,but what about the employees? This session addresses the people/employee side of understanding the impact of fear and uncertainty on the workforce. Additionally, the strategic planning process of developing and implementing an organizational change management strategy to support their needs and maintain performance.

Three learning objectives:

• Describe the impact of fear and uncertainty on our workforce during a natural disaster.
• Understand the best leadership practices during times of crisis.
• Develop a go-forward strategy for the entire organization to keep people continuity at the forefront and how to execute the implementation the go-forward strategic plan and design a process to ensure the wellbeing of the employees while allowing them to be productive and support the new needs of the business.
