Award Eligibility Guidelines: 


Crowe and Dunlevy Award of Excellence - List of Past Winners
This award (presented annually at the Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference) is given to recognize and honor outstanding achievement in the field of Human Resource Management. The award signifies a professional who demonstrates the SHRM mission of “STP – Serving the HR Professional” and “ATP – Advancing the Profession”. 

Candidates should be viewed as role models for the profession, leaders rather than followers, who apply and share their professional expertise and leadership both within and outside of the organization.

OKHR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award - List of Past Winners

This award (presented annually at the Oklahoma Human Resources State Conference) is given to recognize and honor outstanding achievement in the field of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). The award signifies a professional who demonstrates, promotes, and exemplifies the work of DEI in their organization and / or community. They also demonstrate the SHRM mission of “STP – Serving the HR Professional” and “ATP – Advancing the Profession”. 

Candidates should be viewed as role models for the HR profession in the arena of DEI and apply and share their professional expertise and leadership both within and outside of the organization.


OKHR Emerging Leader: - 
List of Past Winners 

  • The nominee must be a member in good standing of SHRM and a current member of a local Oklahoma Chapter
  • The nominee must have 5 years or less experience in the HR Field
  • The nominee must have shown leadership in a significant contribution to OKHR and/or the HR profession
  • The nominee must have shown outstanding promise for continuing service and leadership
  • Prefer a Certified HR Professional from HRCI or SHRM.
  • The nominee must not have previously received an Emerging Leader Award

Heart of HR Award - List of Past Winners

Bringing service to our communities for non-profit causes that are outside our local, state, and/or national HR organizations.

  • Human Resources individual(s) who have made significant volunteer contributions to their local / state and or national organizations outside of Human Resources organizations (please see volunteer of the year award for HR in HR volunteer space of local, state or SHRM).  
  • Some examples may be: 
    • Instrumental in starting / serving on HR committee for non-profit.
    • Volunteering their time, treasure and or talent teaching, drafting policies, etc. to help the non-profit mitigate risk.
    • Volunteer leadership for non-profit / service on committees of non-profit organizations.
    • Undertake leadership role in fundraising / and or project for non-profit.
    • Has a service heart for their community / non-profits while still involved within Human Resources service (maybe that’s too much!).

Lumineer Award - List of Past Winners
This award is for Human Resources individuals and those that service the HR profession who have a strong legacy of service to Human Resources and who have gone above and beyond to advance the profession with a minimum service of 5 years.

  • Some examples may be:
    • Recognized as the go-to person when you need a helping hand.
    • Is always there to provide resources and or advice in the HR realm.
    • Is seen as someone who can almost always solve problems, be a sounding board.
    • Is a constant source of connecting people you need to know (network with).
    • Has a service heart to help and promote / grow their HR tribe.
