OKHR EMERGE is a structured virtual mentorship program that brings together mentors and mentees across Oklahoma to facilitate authentic and long-lasting professional relationships! 

Are you an emerging HR professional with between 0 - 5 years of experience looking for guidance, mentorship, and to take your professional development to the next level? 

OR

Are you an established and seasoned HR professional with over 10 years of HR experience looking to give back to the community and mentor emerging professionals? 

If you said yes to one of the questions above, this program is for you! Apply to be considered for this season's OKHR EMERGE and make an impact! 

Some details you'll need to know:

• This is a virtual program - we'll meet through Zoom regularly. 
• Mentees - This is a 5-month commitment, for 2 hours/ month. 
• Mentors - This is a TOTAL of 10 hours over 5 months (in 3-hour chunks; 3 hours for pre-session, 3 hours for one mentorship session, 3 hours for graduation)
• Mentors and Mentees must hold active and valid local chapter membership to participate.
