Our mission is to provide valuable resources for HR professionals, leaders, and the 12 local chapters across Oklahoma. SHRM Oklahoma's Board is made up of experienced leaders from across the state who bring diverse skills to ensure consistent, up-to-date support for our volunteers and practitioners at every level.

While our primary focus is supporting HR professionals, we are equally committed to empowering leaders of employees. After all, if you work with people, you're already involved in HR!
