Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) Nicole Belyna will help attendees navigate an evolving workplace. Now more than ever, HR and people managers must lead empathy and foster a culture of trust. The pandemic accelerated the development of new digital, e-commerce, wellness, workplace flexibility, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in the workplace – investments that workers want to continue to see. With “Turnover Tsunami" looming, employers must balance an everchanging business landscape and what they need to attract, retain, and diversify talent.
Presenter - Nicole Belyna
Nicole Belyna, SHRM-SCP is a field services director at SHRM based in Alexandria, Virginia. She possesses more than 15 years in human resources, specializing talent management and leadership. She has worked extensively in the fashion/beauty retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. Immediately prior to joining SHRM, Nicole was the talent strategy leader for a DC-area based manufacturer where she developed and executed the talent acquisition strategy, establishing the company’s reputation as a top workplace and employer of choice. Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, and she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership and learning at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
