"Leading with Empathy and Fostering a Culture of Trust in Today's Workplace"
The workplace is the intersection of people, culture, and business. When the three are aligned, people thrive, and businesses grow. Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) Nicole Belyna will help attendees navigate an evolving workplace. Now more than ever, HR and people managers must lead empathy and foster a culture of trust. The pandemic accelerated the development of new digital, e-commerce, wellness, workplace flexibility, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in the workplace – investments that workers want to continue to see. With “Turnover Tsunami" looming, employers must balance an everchanging business landscape and what they need to attract, retain, and diversify talent.
