Program – “From Great Resignation to Fierce Loyalty – DEVELOPING the Hearts and Minds of Gen Y and Gen Z” They’re called job hoppers, entitled, extra, demanding, and even disloyal. They feel their demands are reasonable, and you feel like you’re reading a wild Christmas list. Welcome to the wonderfully complex world of Gen Y and Z, a scary place where you’ve got to let go of everything you thought you knew. When it comes to attraction and retention, these generations are stumping HR departments across the country. The unlikely answer to this riddle? Employee development – but not the traditional, one-size-fits-all training package or e-learning course. These generations respond to a very specific type and mode. Nail it, and they will stay, produce, be happy, and make you look like the hero you are. Miss, and they’re gone – the Great Resignation is a real thing! Join us to discover how to win over the heart and mind of this valuable, creative, and actually fiercely loyal workforce.

Learning Objectives:

 Understand the link between Gen Y and Gen Z employee development, retention, and attraction

 Recognize why most common learning and development strategies won’t work long term with these generations

 Deploy the S-curve learning framework to intervene at the right time with the right support

 Learn the importance of continuous development to increase loyalty and minimize turnover in Gen Y & Z
