As a leader, you have a lot on your plate.  You must set the vision and guide your people, but you also must manage the day to day work as well.  Learning how to have 5 of the most critical conversations will not only make you a better leader, but it will also help you retain those staff that make you look good!

These conversations are not only critical to your leadership, but they are also critical to your staff.  Your people need to know what you are thinking whether it is a difficult conversation or an acknowledgement conversation.  Take this opportunity to learn how to have 5 of the most important conversations with every leader.

Speaker

Nancy Gunter
A competitive triathlete, two knee replacements, preachers kid, college athlete, funny - all of these words describe Nancy Gunter. Dynamic, engaging, humble, knowledgeable, and passionate - those are words used to describe Nancy as a speaker/trainer, Executive coach and HR Consultant.

Nancy is the President and CEO of Gunter Training and the past Chief Learning Officer for the YMCA in Tulsa, OK. For 35 years, she was a Nationally and Internationally sought after speaker and trainer for YMCA of the USA and worked for YMCAs in North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, California, and Oklahoma.

In May 2008 Nancy finished her Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership with an emphasis on Generational Dynamics. She has continued her research of the generations and most recently the 5th generation that is just starting to enter the workforce. She has also studied Neuroscience and Emotional Intelligence for the last 25 years as well as Positive Intelligence/Mental Fitness more recently.  She has led many sessions on Emotional Intelligence, Positive Intelligence and Generational Dynamics guiding organizations in understanding why people act and react like they do. Nancy is also a renowned speaker on Unconscious Bias, The 5 Conversations Every Leader Must Get Right and Why People Do What They Do.

Due to her love for adventure and activity, Nancy has traveled extensively reaching five continents and training on three of them. Nancy also enjoys all types of sports and continues to participate in sprint, Olympic and Half Ironman triathlons.
