This program will be held at Meridian Technology Center in Stillwater on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 11:30 AM. Cost to attend is $20 and lunch will be provided. Our presenter is Monica Scott.

Every culture has a sound, but everyone is unique in their own right within that sound and culture. Together every culture shapes a sound with; language, rhythm/beat, key scale, energy, instrumentation, and volume. Let's determine and shape the sound we want others to hear and repeat.

Objectives:

What is the sound of your culture? And what would you like it to be?

• The language and values.
• The rhythm or pace you want to keep.
• The key scale or goal range of success others can create and be fulfilled in.
• The energy you want others to feel through what you do.
• The instruments you will use to carry it.
• The volume you want it to carry and reach.

• See culture differently - They will understand culture in a new way that enables them to be more intentional about shaping environments and opportunities for people and business to thrive.
• Valuing employees - They will understand the importance of placing value on each one and the small or large part they play.
• Improving teamwork - They will be provided with team language and a framework that moves toward performance improvement.

The session will be held in Classroom D113. You will enter via Entrance 2 and park in Parking Lot D. Lunch will be provided. RSVP is required. 

Monica works with individuals and organizations to make progress and shape value-based cultures. She speaks, writes, and leads with a passionate commitment to see others find fulfillment and make progress.

Monica's leadership and speaking portfolio spans two decades. She has layers of experience mentoring leaders, building teams, and inspiring individuals at every age and stage of life and business. As a result of her work people often say they feel understood, are equipped with a plan for progress, and are inspired to conquer what lies ahead of them.

This program will be delivered in-person with no virtual option.

Cancellations must be requested 72 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, an alternative may be sent in your place.
