Registration will close February 24 to order the required books; SHRS will provide the books at no cost to participants.

"True Colors"
Overview: The True Colors program will guide participants through the foundational concepts of the True Colors system as it applies to all areas of their lives. Participants will learn to respect and appreciate differences in the way people function.
Objectives:
- Through this interactive program, participants will gain insight into different personality strengths, along with stressors for each personality.
- As we dig deeper into these areas, participants will then develop a better understanding of the different personality styles and how leaders can use those differences to create unity.
- Participants will leave with an improved understanding of themselves, along with those around them, resulting in increased empathy and improved communication.
Presenter: Lacy Bolling
Lacy Bolling, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a Sr. HR Consultant and Trainer for The People Perspective. With over 20 years of experience in HR, she is passionate about making a positive difference. Lacy has been a Certified True Colors Facilitator for 3 years, and she loves how the program helps people understand and value the differences between us while creating unity within us.
A Mexican buffet lunch is included.
SHRS Members and SHRS Student Members are FREE!
Non-members and guests are $15.
