Speaker Bios:

Erin Glass started working in workforce development at the beginning of 2021. She began as a case manager for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act program helping job seekers find training or employment. She now works for the South-Central Oklahoma Workforce Board as a Business Services Coordinator where her goal now is to facilitate the engagement of employers and other workforce development partners so that talent pipelines can be strengthened, and more work-based learning opportunities can be provided.
