" Understanding Employees and How to Increase Engagement "

Brief Summary:

The presentation will examine the differences in workplace aptitude as it pertains to both personal and generational biases. Understanding these differences can greatly improve communication methods and topics that can be curated to promote genuine employee engagement through policies and procedures.  

HR Specific Learning objectives:

1. Identifying Personal and Generational Biases.

2. Learn how to use new methods of communication while remaining compliant.

3. How to promote engagement, "buy-in", and employee participation.

Before spending three years with the Durant Area Chamber of Commerce, Jeremy held a position as a Federal Contractor with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for fifteen years. Throughout this tenure, he was responsible for training and auditing a substantial number of agencies and employees, numbering in the hundreds and thousands respectively. His work involved the application and interpretation of Federal regulations, relevant notices, and adopted organizational policies.

  • ·         Conducted comprehensive training sessions for various agencies and their staff, ensuring compliance with Federal standards.
  • ·         Audited numerous agencies and employees to verify adherence to established regulations and policies.
