Bio:
Aaron Palacios is a SHRM-CP certified Human Resources leader, talent strategist, and founder of Navigate Business Solutions. He currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Standley Systems, where he leads strategic people initiatives that support organizational growth and employee development.
With more than a decade of experience in the HR industry since 2012, Aaron has led high-impact HR initiatives across e-commerce, technology, hospitality, and retail organizations. His work focuses on building strong people strategies that drive engagement, performance, and long-term organizational success.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Aaron relocated to Oklahoma to attend college and has since built his professional career helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential. Through Navigate Business Solutions, he partners with organizations to strengthen recruiting, develop effective HR systems, and equip leaders to grow thriving workplace cultures.
Known for his practical insights and engaging delivery style, Aaron is passionate about helping individuals and organizations become the best versions of themselves. His presentations blend real-world HR expertise with actionable strategies that leaders can implement immediately.
Outside of his professional work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
