Session Details: What if motivation was always there, and you just needed to unlock it? In this session, Brady Ross challenges the belief that motivation is something people either have or don’t have, reframing it instead as the reason behind every action (even procrastination, disengagement, or resistance). Through practical tools like the cost–reward principle and the natural drivers of comfort, security, and belonging, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of why people do what they do. You’ll leave with simple, actionable language you can use to reignite momentum in yourself and the employees you support.

Speaker Bio: Brady Ross is a leadership coach, trainer, and speaker who helps leaders think clearly, communicate effectively, and build teams that work. As the founder of Clear Path Leadership, he equips individuals and organizations with practical tools to grow clarity, confidence, and results.
