Title: The Employee Support Playbook: Recognize. Respond. Refer.
Employees often navigate challenges outside the workplace that can impact engagement, communication, attendance, and performance. Using a football playbook theme, this interactive session explores how workplace leaders can recognize early signs of employee struggle, respond with supportive communication, and connect employees with helpful resources and support systems.
Learning Objectives:
Francesca Morris is a Financial & Community Resource Specialist at Cameron University and an adjunct professor of Public Health with a passion for student success, basic needs advocacy, and community health. Her work focuses on connecting students to resources that support academic achievement, well-being, and long-term success, particularly in areas related to financial hardship, housing insecurity, and access to essential services. With a background in healthcare administration and years of experience in pharmacy and case management-related support, she brings a practical, student-centered approach to both higher education and public health initiatives. Francesca is also actively involved with programs in the community partnerships aimed at improving outcomes for students and families across Southwest Oklahoma.
