Communicating with Purpose, Tact, and Professionalism 

Overview: 

Learn how the effects of communicating with purpose leads to a more professional interaction with co-workers and how having different perspectives impacts communication in the workplace.

• Learning to Communicate effectively 
• A better understanding of the different levels of communication
• How to provide supportive feedback during difficult conversations

Presenter: Dr. Thomas Harris

Dr. Harris is a licensed attorney in Oklahoma and a seasoned HR 
professional with 20+ years of experience helping create safe, high-
performing work environments. Drawing on his legal background, Dr. 
Harris delivers actionable training that bridges the gap between policy and practice.
