Join us for a roundtable discussion led by our SHRM Leadership.  We will be discussing best practices in HR. Please join us and contribute to help our fellow HR professionals navigate some of the more difficult aspects of HR.

Session Objectives

Participants will:

  • Benchmark successful talent management, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Collaboratively dissect shared HR operational hurdles, such as employee engagement, conflict resolution, and hybrid work policies.
  • Identify key takeaways from the roundtable discussion to formulate a concrete, prioritized action plan for their organization.
