"Aligning Values with Our Ethics in an HR World that Challenges Both!"
Overview:
As HR professionals we are challenged daily with issues brought to our attention that meet at the intersection of our values and the ethics of our places of work. This session will address the consequences of two forces pushing against each other and with each of us in the middle. We will talk about how it effects our work, our lives, and burnout in our careers. We will address how we work through ethical dilemmas, what they are, and how to avoid them to begin with.
Takeaways:
- Define ethical behavior for HR professionals
- Recognize the consequences when your values and unethical behavior collide
- Apply ethical principles to your HR work
